Communicates accurate project status.<br><li>Designs, constructs, tests, and implements software enhancements, delivered on-time and in accordance with all established standards.<br><li>Works with product teams to follow the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.<br><li>Anticipates, communicates and manages project show-stoppers and/or other project risks, and escalates as appropriate.<br><li>Looks for ways to improve existing processes.<br><li>Supervises software contractors as needed.<br><li>Supports development of manufacturing test fixture code.<br><li>Reviews customer requirements and covert to measurable SRD specifications.<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br><li>Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from four year college or university in related field, and five or more years of work experience.  Master's Degree (M.S.) a plus<br><li>Strong working knowledge of C/C++ programming language and related languages.  Good ability to design real-time control systems (e.g. PID), state-machines and semaphore-based control loops as they relate to electro-optical systems.<br><li>Experience with PC-based Visual Programming tools such as LabView for GUI development.<br><li>Experience with revision control and software release tools in a manufacturing environment.<br><li>Experience in developing embedded SW on Microchip PIC, ARM Cortex-M3 and similar processors.  Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processor platforms.<br><li>Strong working knowledge of embedded serial communication protocols including SPI, I2C, RS-232/422/485, USB and Ethernet.<br><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills with standard laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.  <br><li>Ability to work with prototype printed circuit cards and debug complex problems.  <summary> <![CDATA[ <b><u>About the position:</b></u><br>The <b>Women's Soccer Coach</b> position is located at Trinity Lutheran College's new downtown Everett campus center!  This quarter time position entails building, directing and coaching the Trinity Lutheran College women's soccer program. The incumbent will also be charged with securing locations for soccer team practices and competitions; securing a competitive team through outreach and recruitment efforts; for organizing practices and training and scheduling of all activities.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.<br><br><b><u>The new incumbent will:</b></u><br><li>Recruit, train, and coach members of the Trinity soccer program.<br><li>Coordinate the total development and promotion of Trinity soccer program.<br><li>Perform administrative tasks including budget formulation.<br><li>Represent Trinity Lutheran College and the women's soccer program in a professional manner.<br><li>Support ministry and service learning aspects of the women's soccer program.<br><li>Provide individual contact with qualified prospects and assigned applicants (letters, phone calls, visits).<br><li>Participate in annual planning meetings to coordinate programs and strategies.<br><li>Maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid to be held on file in the Office of Athletics.<br><li>Be responsible for the conduct of student-athletes and other involved students at all times during practices, games, travel, other schools, etc.<br><li>Coordinate the issuance, care, inventory and collection of equipment, uniforms and supplies for women's soccer. Submit appropriate equipment inventory forms to the Athletic Director within the requested times.<br><li>Establish an environment in which Trinity student-athletes are encouraged to develop self-respect and a positive self-image.<br><br><b><u>Qualifications:</b></u><br><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.<br><li>A strong commitment to the Student-Athlete concept and a working knowledge of the NAIA & NCCAA rules and regulations is required.<br><li>3 to 5 years coaching experience including effective, leadership, communication, coaching and recruiting skills. Collegiate level coaching experience is strongly preferred. <br><li>Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. <br><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br><li>PC literate, familiar with Microsoft applications.<br><li>Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks, goals and deadlines at one time.<br><li>Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately, with minimal direct supervision.<br><li>Commitment to Christian higher education in the Lutheran tradition.<br><br><br><br>
