If you have the required experience, qualifications, and are eager to be a part of a rapidly growing company, apply today!<br><br><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br><li>Regularly review and analyze account management data, prepare detailed and summary reports, and meet with the VP of Account Management and other members of the executive team to review results.<br><li>Identify, research and implement tools needed by Account Managers to perform their work as effectively and efficiently as possible. <br><li>Conduct weekly territory reviews with each Account Manager to ensure accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast data based on the renewal targets defined for the business.<br><li>Develop and implement processes for working with Account Managers on monitoring of their individual bonus attainment. <br><li>Serve as the expert on Salesforce.com for the Account Management team; manage SalesForce.com training, business rules and protocol, contacts management, reporting, and pipeline completeness and accuracy; serve as account management's representative to work with the Technology and Sales teams on Salesforce.com implementation.<br><li>Serve as the focal point in Account Management to work cross-functionally with the Client Services and Finance teams to ensure orders can be successfully processed and implemented and to identify, research and implement process improvements in account management processes that benefit all three teams. <br><li>Work together with Marketing Operations to deploy selling tools to the Account Managers. <br><li>Ensure operational excellence, including adherence to sales process requirements.<br><li>Coordinate new hire training activities. <br><li>Serve as the liaison and advocate between field-based Account Management personnel and the corporate office.<br><b><br>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:</b><br><li>Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university, and minimum of two years sales operations related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  <br><li>Must have experience in the use of Excel, Word and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce.com).  <br><li>Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and ability to multi-task.<br><li>Ability to work on diverse and complex projects with minimal supervision or guidance.<br><li>Ability to effectively interact with other functional areas and with individuals at all levels.<br><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic.<br>

Be responsible for company manufacturing/private label/import development of products to market, and retail packaging supplies management. <br><li>Manage the OTB budget and the department budget results. <br><li>Supervise, manage, coach, train and review all personnel in the department. <br><br><b>The ideal candidate will have</b><br><li>A Master's Degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and previous Retail/Wholesale experience.<br><li>Ability and willingness to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment; self-starter, highly organized, detailed oriented with strong management/supervisory skills, strong merchandising instinct and decision-making ability. <br><li>The ability to communicate (both in writing and verbally) to a range of people from front line staff to executive management. <br><li>Advanced working knowledge of Accounting and Database software; Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. <br><li>A valid Driver's License and the ability to travel (25% to out of area trade shows, etc. and up to 25% site visits to company Retail stores). <br><li>The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and must be able to continuously stand/walk for up to 8+ hours during trade shows. <br> <br><br>This full time, exempt position offers comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverage, company sponsored short term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k retirement savings plan and a generous employee purchase discount program.<br>

 <summary> <![CDATA[ The Tenant Services Coordinator will be part of our professional property management team in Boise. This role is the first point of contact for tenants, contractors and visitors. <br><br><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><li>Maintain front office, distribute mail, greet and direct visitors and answer and screen incoming phone calls.<br><li>Enter and dispatch work orders from tenant requests and daily security and janitorial logs.  <br><li>Prepare purchase orders as directed and maintains all PO logs.<br><li>Process invoices for accounts payable by coding, dating, attaching PO's, obtaining appropriate signatures and sending to Accounting.<br><li>Prepare monthly aging for receivables and accruals as directed.<br><li>Assist with necessary information gathering for monthly cash-flow reports and Quarterly Asset Management Reports<br><li>Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out, including monthly rental payments, invoicing for after-hours HVAC, key and security access logs, work speed training, conference room protocol, and use of freight elevator.<br><li>Maintain current tenant list, emergency contact list, elevator maintenance and entrapment log, vendor, contractor and tenant insurance certificates, tenant leases and general correspondence.<br><li>Arrange special events and/or special tickets for tenants provided by Unico.<br><li>Maintain building keycard and access software, issue keycards.<br><li>Maintain tracking records for all LEED-related policies currently necessary to maintain LEED status.<br><li>Maintain regular tracking of all utilities and work with Chief Engineer and Property Manager for annual Energy Star rating application.<br><li>Perform administrative duties to support Property Manager, Chief Engineer and other staff. <br><br><b>THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE</b><br><li>High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred <br><li>1-2 years experience in a customer service <br><li>1-2 years of administrative experience<br><li>Ability to multi-task while providing exceptional customer service<br><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate ideas in a professional setting<br><li> Steadfast attention to detail and excellent organizational skills<br><li> Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel<br><li> Professional in appearance and demeanor<br><br>Come work where your talent and dedication are recognized!
