This position is a 100% new business prospecting sales position.<br><br><b>We are looking for strong and experienced individuals with a track record of sales accomplishments who will: </b><br><li>Meet sales and expense objectives.<br><li>Assume sales responsibility for a territorial area and/or accounts which are assigned.<br><li>Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads. <br><li>Create and present proposals, account reviews and other presentations.<br><li>Provide management with continuing reports of account, competitive and general   market activity and conditions by entering customer and other sales process data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.<br><li>Ascertain and assure that all elements and necessary documents are complete and correct so that operations, change orders and invoicing are accurate, complete and in accordance with the understanding with the customer.<br><li>Practice and project the highest ethical standards in all dealings with prospects, customers and employees in accordance with K/P values. <br><li>Follow appropriate standard practices and policies in the conduct of business including all aspects of business including expense reporting, scheduling, forecasting, account, record maintenance and pricing. <br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br><li>5 years professional experience in consultative selling of printing and fulfillment services to pharmaceutical, medical device, life science and technology industries.<br><li>Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. <br><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point presentation applications. <br><li>Excellent customer relationship management skills, with focus on dealing with complex or challenging customers.<br><li>Composure and professionalism especially when under stress.<br><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br><li>Above average project management skills.<br>

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the General Ledger, Financial Reporting and Monthly Close Cycle.   Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable teams and will be called upon to perform other accounting and finance duties and take on special projects as required.  This position operates at a high level, interfacing with directors to provide critical services and information throughout the client chapter network of the integrated COE (Center of Expertise, an accounting processing center for 4 states). <br><br><b>Main Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b> <br><br><li>Assist with oversight of the month-end close process.<br><li>Prepare/review entries to the General Ledger; generate month-end journal entries recurring and non-recurring. <br><li>Reconcile General Ledger accounts monthly.<br><li>Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple locations.<br><li>Provide high level financial analysis to directors in remote locations to assist decision making.<br><li>Assist with the annual financial statement audit with external auditors.<br><li>Assist with generating monthly financials statement as required by National Red Cross.<br><li>Reconcile bank statements in a timely manner. <br><li>Assess and implement processes and best practices to enhance the internal control environment across 18 locations in 4 states.<br><li>Develop standardized training materials such as policies and procedures manuals for both use by internal department staff and external staff in other departments to support the strengthening of the internal control environment.<br><li>Review and approve cash disbursements as needed.<br><li>Assist with monitoring and maintaining fixed assets schedules, depreciation schedules and pre-paids.<br><li>Assist with the Payroll and benefits reporting systems for multiple locations in multiple states.<br><li>Prepare periodic National ARC, state, and federal reports.<br><li>Provide high level support and assist with training other managers and directors with the annual budgeting process.<br><li>Act in a mentoring role for other staff members with technical accounting and finance matters.<br><li>Assist with the generation and distribution of departmental financial reports as needed to all 18 chapters in the COE.<br><li>Generate presentation materials (PowerPoint) to communicate complex information to staff at other locations as well as Finance and Audit committees.<br><li>Provide supporting for the processing of A/P, A/R and payroll as needed. <br><li>Assist the accounting staff in planning and performing ongoing tasks as needed. <br><li>Other tasks as needed to support COE implementation and support for client chapters.<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br><li>A bachelor's degree in business with an accounting major.  Masters highly desired. CPA/CPA candidate preferred. <br><li>A minimum of three to five years of related accounting experience is required.  Experience with not-for-profit accounting is desirable as is experience in public accounting.<br><li>Knowledge of fund accounting for non-profit organizations.<br><li>Experience working with Oracle financials desired.<br><li>Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key. Take weight, measurements, blood pressure, and pictures prior to procedure. <br><li>Assist physicians with surgical procedures.<br><li>Ensure medical charts are completed and coordinate with doctor to sign-off on finished chart.<br><li>Call patients the next day following their procedure to answer any questions and provide any necessary follow-up information.<br><li>Stock and order supplies.<br><li>Sterilize all instruments for the next day.<br><li>Make sure all messages from patients have been returned by the end of the day.<br><br><b>Our ideal candidate will have:</b><br><li>One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. <br><li>Experience in a cosmetic surgery center is a plus, training will be provided.<br><li>Outstanding organizational skills.<br><li>Computer savvy including familiarity with MS Office. <br><li>Possess a sense of humor while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.<br><li>Ability to communicate effectively with all staff members, physicians and patients.<br><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Architect license and LEED accreditation are strongly desired.<br> <br>A successful individual will demonstrate the ability to develop and manage technical and design content, manage multiple project types such as new construction, renovations, and TI's, and have a background in managing commercial and corporate projects. Demonstrated experience in the public sector is also strongly desired; universities, local and state governments and federal entities such as DoD, GSA, and USACE. Direct experience managing fulfillment on LEED projects will be a plus. <br> <br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong account management skills are required.
