Can I just ask my
employees myself?

employees to more freely share their views and
maintains confidentiality. We design web-based
employee attitude surveys that elicit responses
to specific areas and issues. This helps you
measure overall satisfaction or address specific
issues.
We work with management to
understand the goals, the layout, and the
delivery of the survey, and management always
has final approval of the questions we design.
We will also discuss any employee special
accommodation needs, i.e. ESL employees. Once
the survey is distributed – via either a hard
copy or a web link – we tabulate, analyze, and
report the responses.
