Job Description
	Air Van Lines, an innovative leader in the moving industry is seeking an organized and experienced Relocation Consultant to join our Business Class team at our corporate headquarters in Kirkland, WA. This position calls for a detail oriented, customer focused consultant who can provide excellent customer service and efficient move coordination for our Business Class clients with locations throughout the world The Relocation Consultant will work directly with our Client Transferees, acting as the single point of contact for our customer and will own the responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of relocation services on a daily basis. Position Qualifications Minimum of two years experience as a Customer Service Representative in the household goods moving industry Comprehensive understanding of move coordination including van line agent network use, specifically in household goods Experience working within the parameters of corporate relocation move policies Excellent communication skills, strong ownership of tasks, and follow through If you are a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, customer driven environment, apply online today!
